Bachelor Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science/ Engineering, or Engineering related discipline;
With more than 5 years experience in heat treatment such as annealing, normalizing, direct hardening, carburizing, and nitriding;
Able to interpret microstructure and conduct metallographic examination;
Knowledgeable on mechanical properties and test such as hardness test, microhardness test, tensile test, and impact test;
Technically adept on the interplay of metal composition, microstructure, heat treat processes, and properties of materials;
Possesses effective interpersonal and communication skills and able to prepare good technical reports;
Experience on gas and/or vacuum carburizing, plug quenching, examination of carburized microstructure, case-depth analysis, and carburizing process troubleshooting will be an advantage.
Relocation with family to Baguio City.
